Tim Nicholas brings a unique blend of experience and knowledge to the real estate table. Born in California, Tim grew up in upstate New York and Connecticut, and lived and worked in cities like Chicago and Dallas-Fort Worth. Now settled in Kingston, Washington, Tim is passionate about helping clients navigate the dynamic world of real estate.

Before embarking on his real estate career, Tim honed his technical skills with a degree in graphic design and a successful stint in IT. His career path led him to the role of Director of IT at Chicago's Lincoln Park Hospital. This experience instilled in him a meticulous eye for detail and a talent for problem-solving, both invaluable assets in the real estate world.

For nearly a decade, Tim served as a home inspector, closely examining properties and ensuring clients made informed decisions. This specialized knowledge gives him an edge in real estate, allowing him to go beyond the surface and truly understand the inner workings of a home.
